Do undertake to comply with the provisions of this licence agreement to use the VENTOS program to calculate natural ventilation.
FREEWARE LICENCE AGREEMENT
This licence agreement applies only to the free SOFTWARE version of the VENTOS program.
The firm VENTOSYSTEM Bohdan Kontrymowicz is the Owner of the program and the Company maintains the legal copyright to this program.
This program is available free of charge. It can be copied and distributed, however, it does not include any right to introduce any changes to the program. Any final reports produced with the assistance of this software may be included into the User’s projects, but in its original form only. No changes or modifications, especially those that do not credit the origin of the software’s ownership are allowed.
Any third parties distributing this program may not benefit financially from such distribution.
Legal liability restrictions apply. The contents of these restrictions are displayed when the program is being started and also on the report of the calculation printout.
The User’s registration at www.ventosystem.pl guarantees that upgraded and improved versions of the program under this agreement will be distributed to the Users promptly, as soon as they become available. All correspondence with VENTOSYSTEM is confidential. Unsolicited e-mail and advertisements will never be included in such correspondence.
VENTOSYSTEM reserves the right to contact the User of the program in order to offer any additional or new information and to solicit the User’s comments and opinions, in order to improve the next upgraded versions of the program.

Program VENTOS requires MS Net Framework 2.0 to run on your PC (or newer, to download from internet).
Clicking the “SEND” button implies that you accept and agree to these provisions of the licence agreement.
